Features: Southwick, BR (SR), 1960s

Published 12 April 2018, 17:36

Southwick is set on BR's Southern Region, during the late 1950s/1960s and models the transition era in 'OO'.

Owned and operated by Maidenhead, Marlow and District Model Railway Club, this 18ft x 10ft continuous run layout is firmly set on Southern Region third-rail territory with Bulleid 'Pacific' hauled passenger services operating alongside appropriate Electric Multiple Unit stock of the period. Freight is also well-represented on the branch and main lines, too.

Southwick appeared in HM 131.
